Clean up class resolution and lookup. Simplify the code and avoid read barriers when appropriate. Relax class status check in ArtField::GetDeclaringClass() because we can see ClassStatus::kIdx from the from-space class object for kReadBarrierOption=kWithoutReadBarrier.
