Added a new mutator called RegisterClobber. A mutator which changes the values of all registers to random integer. Test: Ran with dexfuzz until the mutation showed up. Used Dexdump2 to find the bytecode. Change-Id: I12579e1476ac69ad42561ba3b2c28701664cd5ae
