art: Use SIRT::GetAlignedSirtSizeTarget in calling convention Calculate frame size based on SIRT::GetAlignedSirtSizeTarget existing method. Make offset functions pointer-size-dependent for cross-compiling. Add a test to check whether our computations are correct.
