Remove temporary bail-out on something that crashed jack often. Rationale: Nightly has switched to dx testing, so we can safely remove this bail-out in favor of more coverage. Not sure if jack is still under development, but I hope this issue will eventually be fixed still. Test: nightly fuzzing Bug: 28862040 Change-Id: I191f61334ab794beed83603305d664e051b20086
