AArch64: address some outstanding TODOs. Fix comments in arm64_lir.h. Rename Arm* to A64* and replace FWIDE, FUNWIDE, ... with WIDE, UNWIDE, ... Change-Id: I4900902e28463ea5e00e34ea40ddfc15704c0bfa
