Use ScopedArenaAllocator in GVN. Memory needed to compile the two most expensive methods for aosp_angler-userdebug boot image: BatteryStats.dumpCheckinLocked() : 20.0MiB -> 19.7MiB (-331KiB) BatteryStats.dumpLocked(): 39.9MiB -> 39.4MiB (-458KiB) Test: m test-art-host-gtest Test: testrunner.py --host --optimizing Bug: 64312607 Change-Id: I4bbb21bf3ecc4b91db7c374737c5f0e0cb7fa462
