Remove ElfFile::GdbJITSupport This method notified gdb about loaded ELF file. Since we use dlopen to load the ELF file now, it should not be needed. Note that the method had nothing to do with JIT compiler. Change-Id: I967495c39e42112023a495ce5fac25b97669d1d5
