Add support for running ART gtests with Valgrind in local installations. Test: m valgrind-test-art-target-gtest with ART_TEST_ANDROID_ROOT=/data/local/tmp/system Bug: 29282211 Change-Id: I15099c31f0d8bd9edaf00837e8e82c47379706f1
