Change SS to use MarkObjectIfNotInToSpace for roots The roots can be in the to-space since we may visit the declaring class of an ArtMethod multiple times if it is on the call stack. Fixes GSS/SS tests for a few test cases. Change-Id: Iba354340289fc49987d06e70929dadb2f367734b
