Revert^2 "Class redefinition sometimes needs to update verification" We were incorrectly preventing dex2oat from suspending during verification. This caused a major regression in memory use and compilation speed. This reverts commit 2cf00ede148bd9d77c291d4c0cb23edd5a9c36b4. Reason for revert: Fixed issue causing AOT slowdown.
