Exclude debuggable test config for 660 The optimization for <clinit> is disabled for debuggable build, refered in c/433381. Exclude the test variants with debuggable build. Test: testrunner.py --host --debuggable -t 660 Change-Id: Ic6a5c2d8984816d0fd79cd7828c0389fbddbdc84
