Fix posting exceptions when a debugger is attached, fix UpdateDebugger, fully implement ThreadGroupReference.Children. Posting exceptions and UpdateDebugger were broken by the recent stack-walking rewrite. dalvikvm never did ThreadGroupReference.Children correctly; it only admitted that "system" is the parent of "main".
