Minor clean-ups. Standardize on DISALLOW_IMPLICIT_CONSTRUCTORS to avoid assignments and construction of mirror objects. Normalize some whitespace usage and wrap a long line. Remove the obsolete and commented out class Size method. Change-Id: I60b1929087e9be1d84d4ecae20988dce90a7f8be
