releasetools: Remove dead functions in EdifyGenerator. Remove the following functions that are needed for file-based OTAs only: - SetPermissions() - SetPermissionsRecursive() - MakeSymlinks() - DeleteFiles() - DeleteFilesIfNotMatching() - RenameFiles() - SkipNextActionIfTargetExists() Bug: 35853185 Test: Verified there's no reference to these functions.
