CDD: Allow display density to change, but require a fixed value for DENSITY_DEVICE_STABLE. While the Android framework can scale the resources across different density buckets now, the app distribution service that is preinstalled might benefit from knowing the device's native density to filter and allow downloads of the proper apks.
