CDD: Sensors updates for timestamps and more

Change summary:
 - Timestamp synchronization is now mandatory with tightened guidance
 - Make +/- 16g accel guidance in hifi_sensors strongly recommended
 - Correct misleading wording in gyroscope and thermometer sections
