Allow parameterized annotations to shadow another.
This allows for tests where - for example - we are already testing that
an unaffiliate profile owner is able to do something - since affiliated
profile owners are strictly more powerful - as long as the unaffiliated
one can do it there's no reason to run the test of the affiliated one.
