Modifying Camera2 CTS test case testCameraManagerGetDeviceIdList
for automotive use case

Automotive devices will be using characteristic android.automotive.location and android.automotive.lens.facing instead of android.lens.facing (b/240599010). Hence skipping this test case which is not valid for automotive devices.

and make sure it passes
