CameraITS: Increase AE convergence iterations AE may take more than 3 frames to converge. Increase the iteration limit. Test: test_ae_precapture_trigger.py passes Bug: 78518304 Change-Id: Iceabbf823ec40b69c42b3cfe38978eaf49a0809f
