Update Parameter Range tests for non-hifi sensors Ensure that non-hifi sensors are capable of reporting at frequencies and ranges within the CDD (7.3.1/C-1-4, 7.3.4/C-1-3) Also, updates the HiFi max frequency for accelerometer and gyroscope.
