Allow CTS to find modules in subdir In several advanced use cases, modules are not actually in android-cts/testcases but linked from somewhere else. Ensuring that we can find them when that's the case. Test: unit tests run cts-suite -m CtsGesture > list modules Bug: 70778109 Change-Id: I6db59d8c4050b72e72d632e4b9505220e9471b04
