Helper function/class to sensor cts test
* sensorTypeShortString: convert sensor type constant to short,
human readable string.
* TestResultCollector: collects multiple test failures and present
them once at the end.
* bytesToHex: convert bytes array to hex string for debugging.
Test: compiles
