Fix getHighInputLatency assert 'HighInputLatency' means how many frames were in triple buffering, which is not necessarily less than the number of frames >16.667ms. Change-Id: Ifeb5eb0293c9b6806f710c18d98860e493bdac4a Fixes: 80067743 Test: this
