Add a host-side test to verify run-as works in adb shell. Currently it is impossible to debug C++ applications on some devices without taking special measures. To prevent this from happening in the future, we'll add some CTS tests that cover the functionality necessary for debugging C++ code. Change-Id: I37d339a8d74c7c4fef4fc96f3908b0fa38ad7f0f
