Always set orientation as portrait for Autofill tests.
Otherwise some tests might fail due to elements not fitting in,
IME integration, etc...

Test: ran CtsAutoFillServiceTestCases with device phisically set on landscape;
before the change it had 62 failures, after the change it had only 2
(both caused by known, unrelated issues)
