Fix CTS app security test cases for TV devices. On TV devices, the app permissions screen uses switches: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/2hhjEacVtoK Clicking on a permission toggles it on/off, there is no additional screen that shows the Allow/Deny labels. Also, there is no need to go back since all permissions are listed on the same screen. Verified the tests on TV & Pixel 2 test device.
