Allow delta of 1 for srgb format comparsion Due to rounding and precession, the red channel can have value of 0x7f instead of 0x80 for SRGB case. Allow delta of 1 for srgb format comparision. Bug: 122272984 Change-Id: I630e73693ff37f77828fa666c4ba532c6baa3f99
