Add package name to handle root intent. FilesByGoogle was recently shipped with handling the same intent. In the tests we would explicitly wants DocumentsUI to handle the intent Test: android.appsecurity.cts.DocumentsTest#testOpenRootWithoutRootIdAtInitialLocation Bug: 159733860 Change-Id: Ia664a674fe1ee33e14939d6d60ea4bce1d0593db
