Camera: fix ITS frameDuration setting Use capture request's default frameDuration instead of 0. In cases where we do care about fps (sensor fusion), manually set frameDuration to expected fps. Test: ITS scene 0~4, sensor fusion test Bug: 63060908 Change-Id: If4f38efa66afc3488cf27ccfc0335a4bec1c4d7d
