CTS test for sensor direct report Added a new test class to test sensor direct report functionality. It tests combination of all following factors: * sensor (accel, gyro, mag) * memory type (ashmem, hardware buffer) * rate level (normal, fast, very fast) Bug: 30985702 Test: cts passed on marlin device Change-Id: I2a792791796969fd79904f143b90c5148a1b1a0c
