[sensor] Change log file timestamp unit to us
Changing sensor event timestamp unit from ms to us to help debugging
timestamp related cts failure.
Test: m cts && cts-tradefed run everything --module CtsSensorTestCases && \
adb shell head /sdcard/sensorTests/events/*
