Add CtsFrameTracerDataSourceTest to GpuProfiling tests To prevent the removal of FrameTracer code from SurfaceFlinger, we need to make sure that the Perfetto producer "android.surfaceflinger.frame" which gets registered during SurfaceFlinger init, is detected by the Perfetto TracingServiceState at any time.
