Fix AudioManager volume tests. Make sure that silent mode is reset before and during volume tests to avoid dealing with different behaviors of tablets and phones with regard to silent mode control by certain stream volume changes. Issue 5572429. Change-Id: I3eebf112312e95d819e1235343b3e1b5a612bfc8
