Fix broken PTS result collection. DeviceSerial is null when TestPackageResult attempts to serialize PTS test results. To fix, set deviceSerial on the TestPackageResult that is created when a test run is started. bug:18054390 bug:18056020 Change-Id: Ice9d9be7f76b0d848c580709113350f82fee05c3
