DO NOT MERGE fix failure on run cts m CtsDevicePolicyManagerTestCases -t com.android.cts.devicepolicy.DeviceOwnerTest#testSecurityLoggingWithSingleUser

Too many logs are output, and some logs are omitted and converted to liblog and output to the securitylog buffer.
As a result, an unexpected tag (1006) appears when reading the securitylog, and the case test fails.
Modify the test and ignore tag type 1006.
