Fix broken ListViewTest Fixes: 183116331 The stretch-release-catch tests were initially written to depend on the edge glow animation duration, but the implementation now uses a spring. The stretch is also much more subtle, so the stretch must be greater to have a visible effect. Test: testStretchTopAndCatch on flame Change-Id: Ib85764969f5df1e8b4179c03b435bf38acc1b3ac
