Disable navigation bar related tests on tablet devices
Tablet devices won't have a navigation bar, but instead, will be with a
task bar, just as the desktop devices. The related tests are trying to
verify the navigation bar color, and whether it's shown per display
profile. It won't be there at all for the tablet devices.
