Add test for ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS intent. Add a verifier test to ensure there's a user affordance that is shown in response to the ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS intent that allows the user to disable battery optimizations for a specific app. Bug: 173547576 Test: install on device and manually check activities Change-Id: I9464ece39b9f632f9458047617e321c8774e91a1
