Improved generation of audio thumbnails.
This finishes migration of audio thumbnail generation to mirror how
image and video thumbnails are generated. It also removes a bunch
of crufty code, shifting the logic for resolving an audio thumbnail
over to ThumbnailUtils, where it belongs.
