Makefile Rule for CTS Verifier Add a Makefile rule to build and launch the CTS Verifier. This should eliminate the problem of building the app using one lunch target and then installing an app built from a prior lunch target. Change-Id: I87f409eb7f677ff4f8d4d17ef3fb8442b2c20a83
