Add additional context to the contention event logging. Previously it only included the victim of lock contention. With this change, it also includes the location of the person holding the lock at the time the victim failed to acquire it. Bug: 2964633 Change-Id: I888d9c3e7d7611ef5869870c7f8abfb19d236231
