Added day of week and year/month/day to digital. Fixed tilt. Listens for Locale changes in order to update the date formatter objects in the digital watchface. Also fixed a sign in the tilt watchface that cause the minute and hour hands to be left/right inverted. Bug: 21299339 Bug: 21732906 Change-Id: I24980d7c2eb4d662059267575bbc9cbb073a6926
