UCM config: glados and chell: config codec bi-quad filter for headset mic recording quality
based on nau8825 codec BIQ enabled, config programmable bi-quad filter
in order to reduce the DC offset during headset mic recording.

TEST=
1. arecord -D hw:0,1 -f dat amic.wav
2. check dc offset is improvement
