UCM config: Cyan: update SST Gain mixer setting

Fix the issue of "volume from speaker is too low" by
updating SST's Gain mixer setting.

BUG=chrome-os-partner:40608
TEST='emerge-cyan adhd' and verify ucm files are installed to
/build/cyan/usr/share/alsa/ucm
