UCM config: Strago: update SST Gain mixer setting
Fix the issue of "volume from speaker is too low" by
updating SST's Gain mixer setting.

TEST='emerge-strago adhd' and verify ucm files are installed to
/build/strago/usr/share/alsa/ucm
