[logparser] Backup parsing logs even in good runs. We were backing up parse_and_upload_v2.py logs only in failures cases. It's helpful to have logs all the time, especially during the initial development. Change-Id: I5469fddec8ce2464f8cfaeaa66da08bd843a2978
