Add metadata files and licenses; link AOSP libs This removes compiler-rt, libfdt, zlib from ARM-TF and replaces them with AOSP-equivalents. Plat/ST was simply removed from the source. BUG: 137954390 Test: local build and boot on the rockpi4b Change-Id: Ib1d53ef0923abc12a0881940839d2829ed00aa91
