platform_AccurateTime: Fix incorrect path and commonName
There are 2 bugs in this test:
1. The tlsdate path should be /usr/bin/tlsdate
2. The commonName returned from tlsdate should be '127.0.0.1'.
This patch fixes these 2 problems.
