[autotest] Add logging of exit status to run_suite.py
This makes it slightly more transparent to see what the overall
green/yellow/red status of a suite is.

TEST=Ran a suite with intentionally failing experimental tests
on local autotest instance, saw exit status = WARNING message as
expected
