Only increment the boot count in the parser for reboots that aren't done as part of a test; the user doesn't see the result of these in-test boots in the tko results, so they shouldn't affect the boot count either. Risk: Low Visibility: This eliminates "gaps" in the boot counts from tests that perform reboots as part of the test.
